2. Eligibility

Only registered agents, banks, NBFCs, or consultants are eligible to purchase leads. By using our services, you confirm that you are legally authorized to engage in loan-related activities in your jurisdiction.

3. Lead Delivery

All leads are delivered in real time to the email address registered at the time of order.
Each lead is exclusive and is not resold to other buyers.
Lead volume depends on filters, campaign performance, and borrower demand.

4. Advanced Filters

Buyers may choose advanced filters such as loan type, loan amount, income, credit score, property type, business profile, and location.
We make best efforts to match the filters selected, but results depend on borrower-provided data.

5. Lead Quality and Replacement

Each lead includes borrower name, contact details, loan requirement, and filter-specific data (when available).
Invalid leads (e.g., disconnected number, incorrect details, duplicate lead) are eligible for replacement under our lead replacement policy.
Requests for replacement must be submitted within 3 working days of receiving the lead.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are provided only if no lead is delivered against an order within 60 days.
Partial refunds are not available once leads have been delivered.
Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days of approval.

7. Communication Policy

All communication with LoanLeadsIndia.com must be in writing (via email) to maintain proper records.
Phone calls or informal communication are not considered official correspondence.

8. Limitation of Liability

LoanLeadsIndia.com is not responsible for your conversion rates, business outcomes, or financial success from the leads provided.
We do not guarantee loan approval for borrowers listed in the leads.
We are not liable for losses arising from delays, technical errors, or misuse of the leads by buyers.

9. Pricing and Payment

Lead pricing is subject to change without prior notice.
Orders are accepted only after successful payment via our approved payment gateways.
All payments are non-transferable and linked to the registered buyer account.

10. Prohibited Use

Buyers may not resell, share, or distribute leads to third parties.
Using leads for purposes other than loan-related services is strictly prohibited.
Misuse of the service will result in account termination without refund.

11. Privacy Policy

Borrower details are shared only with the buyer who placed the order.
All leads are generated in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
Buyers are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of the leads provided.

12. Amendments

LoanLeadsIndia.com reserves the right to update or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
